While I trekked off to the UK for various reasons for a few days Chris was writing blog posts. She's been doing some cooking and we've been to a lovely wedding. Since I came back I've been reflecting on the repercussions of a British mass murderer on my ability to care for my Ethiopian patients.
Something a little lighter after last week. We visited Haile and Chris muses on our visit; I lost a key and saw a record-breaking pile on someone's head. To understand my post you will need to click a couple of links to see the two relevant photographs.
Things we did last year are coming round again. TImket ("Epiphany") is a massive city-wide party; Field Day is the highlight of many students' year at Bingham. There's a gallery of pictures of Timket around our local area - these will show you what our locality looks like.
We're back from 2 weeks in the UK celebrating Christmas and New Year with the family. Chris has been jogging and getting all reflective; Phil talks about a pair of contrasting Christmases. Oh, and there's a gallery of unashamedly family-orientated photos.
